Can I lease a unit or rent mine out later?
Yes! You’ve got options. LDG has a limited number of units available for lease, so you can enjoy the space before committing to ownership. And if you buy a unit, you can rent it out to other approved members under our community guidelines. Some leased units may later be offered for sale to investors, too.
How secure will my garage unit be?
LDG luxury garage condos and the gallery spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art security systems. This includes 24/7 surveillance and controlled access. Your peace of mind is our top priority.
Can I combine or customize my garage?
Absolutely. Adjacent units can be combined, mezzanines added, and finishes tailored. From a cigar lounge to a motorsport-style gallery, your garage is a canvas. We supply the framework, you create the masterpiece!
What sizes and layouts are available?
Our garage condos come in various sizes to meet your needs. From compact units for a single vehicle to larger spaces for multiple cars and storage. Choose the perfect fit for you.
Can I live in my garage unit?
No full-time residential use because it’s a purpose-built sanctuary for your collection and a retreat, not a residence. Many owners add lounges, mezzanines, or private bars to make it their own.
What are the associated HOA fees & costs?

Are the garages built to withstand Florida’s weather?
LDG units are hurricane-rated, flood-elevated, and built with materials resistant to salt air corrosion. Your collection deserves nothing less than bunker-level protection in paradise.
Can I entertain guests here?
Yes. Owners are welcome to host guests in their private garages, and the Luxe Club spaces are designed for social gatherings and events.
